"The Best Thing I Have Done In My Life!"

Today's puzzle was recommended to us by none other than Phistomefel. One of the other comments on Logic Masters Germany about this sudoku is from Jeet Sampat who noted "Solving this puzzle correctly is the best thing I have done in my life by a long shot."... In other words, it's rather special. It's called Ten Knights and it's by FryTheGuy... you can play the puzzle at at the following link:

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply. Cells that are a chess knight's move apart must not contain the same digit. In cages, digits must sum to the small clue in the top left corner of the cage. Digits cannot repeat within a cage.
