Aviemore And A Bit More | Next Stop Everywhere

Our journey into the highlands reaches its 'peak' as we arrive in Pitlochry and check out its fascinating dam and fish ladder, then it's onwards to Glenmore Forest Campsite where we set up for a few days in the gorgeous Cairngorm town of Aviemore.

We take a ride of the stunning setting of the Strathspey Steam Railway, have another dabble at Paddleboarding on Loch Morlich, and visit the base station at Cairngorm Mountain itself - shame we couldn't go to the top, the funicular railway is under repair!

Finally we end up at the beautiful Caravan and Motorhome Club site that is Rosemarkie - where we admire the sea views, go on the hunt for dolphins off the coast, take a stroll into Fortrose and go on an even odder hunt for fairies in a nearby glen and waterfalls...
