CEO of the Anti-Defamation League on the Capitol Insurrection: 'It's the Normalization of Extremism'

It’s Holocaust Remembrance Day so I chatted with Jonathan Greenblatt, national director and CEO of the Anti-Defamation League, on the rise of anti-semitism. He told me on Instagram Live, “I think we are about to watch domestic extremists enter a brand new phase in their campaign against the government. The insurrection was a watershed moment for the white supremacist movement. It wasn’t a riot, it was an attack. They had maps, they had targets… What you saw was the normalization of extremism.”

We also talked about Trump being removed from most social media platforms. He thinks that Trump should not be allowed back on Facebook. “I strongly disagree that this is censorship,” Greenblatt said. “These are private businesses they have the right to decide who they serve.”
