The President of Moderna Gives a Crash Course on COVID-19 Vaccines

This morning, Moderna said it would ask US and European regulators to allow emergency use of its COVID-19 vaccine as new study results confirm the vaccine offers strong protection against the coronavirus. Moderna said it will ask the US FDA for emergency use authorization after completing its Phase 3 trial which found the vaccine to be almost 95% effective against COVID. Katie Couric spoke to Dr. Stephen Hoge, doctor, scientist, and president of Moderna, about the COVID-19 vaccine the company is working on.
