The plaintiff used to work with the defendant and the defendant’s fiancée, who he recorded having an affair with another co-worker. The plaintiff says he reported the conduct to his supervisor and the fiancée was fired, but the defendant slashed his tires in retaliation. He’s suing for damaged property and emotional distress. The defendant says he and his fiancée were going through a rough patch at the time of the affair. He’s countersuing for attorney fees and defamation.
