Voodoo Magic

The plaintiff and the defendant went to community college together and became close friends. The plaintiff says she and her mom loaned the defendant $400, but it was never repaid, so she’s suing for reimbursement, plus pain and suffering. The defendant argues the plaintiff was possessive and threatened to perform voodoo on her if she didn’t repay the money. She’s countersuing for harassment.
