How to Use Google Business Profile Questions [2022 Google Local SEO Trick]

If you have a Google Business Profile, you definitely need to know how to use the questions feature. Check out this little-known Google Local SEO trick to help you win more customers on Google Search and Maps.

The Google Business Profile is a powerful marketing tool and Google is always evolving the business profile to help consumers connect, engage, and research their small business options.

The Questions and Answers section on the Google Business Profile does not currently show up in the (soon to be retired) Google My Business dashboard, and the only way to see questions is on the SERP (Search Engine Results Page) in the middle of your business profile.

Questions allow a customer to learn more about a business without having to call or connect with their team. The issue here is that Google now suggests reviews, posts, and menu items to help answer the customer's questions. If you have negative or mediocre reviews, this can hurt your chances of winning the business.

One way to battle this is to create your own questions and answers (almost like a FAQ section) to proactively answer any questions a prospective customer may have about your business.
