3 Stranded Boaters Rescued When Coast Guard Spots Them
A party broke out on the shore of a remote region of Alaska when three boaters, who were stranded there for two days, were spotted by rescuers. The boaters were due in Newtok Wednesday evening after departing from Chevak that morning, but they never made it to their destination. Their absence was reported to authorities. It was also reported they did not have emergency communication equipment with them. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
