SDN - OpenFlow with Mininet RYU and sFlow-RT
OpenFlow is extensively used in OpenStack for its networking communication, sFlow-RT is good real-time flow tracer, and Mininet combined with RYU gives opportunity to write own network controller logic when dealing with data flows.
My whole PhD thesis is based on such experiments: https://www.researchgate.net/publication/322317146_Real-time_detection_and_mitigation_of_flood_attacks_in_SDN_networks
Still the university is not willing to give me a title.
