Learn the “Up the Hash” Shooting Drill! - Lacrosse 2016 #29

Duke lacrosse, led by head coach John Danowski, has won three National Championships. To win games, you must score points, and assistant coach Ron Caputo helps Duke do just that by practicing shooting in the “Up the Hash” drill, which simulates game-like movement prior to firing a shot on goal.
