With Christmas and Black Friday right around the corner, we are all preparing for the added stress of holiday responsibilities. While the holidays are a time for merrymaking and cheer, there’s no denying the added pressure that comes with all of the celebrating.

That’s why we have the perfect combination of Stretching, Breathing and Relaxing in this rejuvenating 10-minute workout. By engaging the lower back and concentrating on mobility of the lower spine, we’ll increase our flexibility (and even practice our splits!) while elongating our muscles to help release stress and tension.

We will also connect to our breath to find our inner calm so that we can greet the holidays with open hearts and clear minds. 🎈 Let’s get to it!
