When we sit or stand for too long, especially if our core is not supporting us fully, our spine ends up suffering and eventually hurting. If we only took a bit of time every day for ourselves and strengthened our core, as well as mobilising our spine, I promise you all your lower back pain will disappear.

These exercises will help you do just that, as well as a warm-up, you will improve your lower back mobility by strengthening and tightening your abdominal muscles for full spinal support. 🔝👌
