Huevos rellenos de atún con bechamel al horno /
Tuna stuffed eggs with baked bechamel

Ingredientes:
8 huevos
1 cebolla
6 pimientos del piquillo
300 gr. de tomate frito
200 gr. de atún en conserva
Aceite de oliva, sal y orégano

Para la bechamel: 500 ml. de leche, 40 gr. de mantequilla,
aceite de oliva, 2 cucharadas de harina, sal, pimienta y nuez
moscada.

200 gr. canned tuna
Olive oil, salt and oregano

For the bechamel: 500 ml. of milk, 40 gr. of butter,
olive oil, 2 tablespoons of flour, salt, pepper and walnut
