Cauliflower Pizza Crust
300g raw cauliflower, shredded into the rice and heated in the microwave for a minute (medium power)
20 g parmesan, finely grated
50 g Havarti, grated
1 medium egg
¼ tsp. dried oregano
¼ tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. coarse kosher salt
Bake the crust at 400F/205C for about 20 min.

Almond Flaxseed Pizza Crust
85 g almond flour
30 g ground flaxseed
1 tbsp./ 15 g psyllium husk powder
¼ tsp. coarse kosher salt
¼ cup lukewarm water
1 tbsp. olive oil
Bake the crust at 380F/170C for about 12 min.

Yellow sauce
1 tbsp. nutritional yeast
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
¼ tsp. coarse kosher salt
1 tsp. Dijon mustard

Ground Chicken Pizza Crust
1 lb / 450g ground chicken
20 g parmesan, finely grated
¼ tsp. dried oregano
¼ tsp. paprika
¼ tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. coarse kosher salt
Bake the crust at 400F/205C for 10 minutes.
