EASY and FAST Polka Dot Cake Bars

In only 30 minutes you will have these delicious and impressive polka dot cake bars. No baking skills required!

-INGREDIENTS-
For the batter:
1 large egg
100 g sour cream
150 g sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. vinegar (white or red)
1/4 cup / 25 g cocoa powder
1/2 cup / 80 g all-purpose flour

For the icing:
150 g mascarpone
25 g icing sugar
1 tsp. vanilla bean paste/extract
1/3 cup / 80 g heavy cream

Bake at 350F/175C for 15 min

This recipe fits 9 x 12 in baking tray (aka half baking tray).
