Chevy timing chain noise. 454

I could not figure out what was making the noise in my truck. Around 2500-3000rpm. Sounded like valve slap. I replaced the main and rod bearings. Checking for play in the wrist pins, which there was none. Still made the noise afterwards. Can't be valve slap, because I have hydraulic lifters. Anyways, checked YouTube, and this was an idea. The timing chain rubbing the timing cover, from being stretched and worn out.
