How fast the water evaporates or won't evaporate, on exhaust ports at the head, will tell you if the injector is hot(evaporates fast), working normal (evenly evaporating with other exhaust ports(majority), or working poorly(evaporates slowly(slower than the rest).

Knock, ping from too much fuel can be felt at the head of the injector with a hard surface. It won't feel like the rest of the injector heads(solenoids).
