Anti-static natural/synthetic latex compounds with graphene nanotubes – Processing guide

Official note. At 2:53 min. there is a misspelling: "22.5 phr" should be changed to "30 phr" in TUBALL LATEX H2O 0.2% - 30 phr (0.06% TUBALL to dry latex content) carrier description.

Anti-static latex with graphene nanotubes is often used for manufacturing gloves and other personal protective equipment (PPE) for the mining, chemical, and oil and gas industries, as wells as in cleanrooms. With increased demand from the automatization of industries where sensors and touchscreens are used more and more, safety gloves with an anti-static performance could bring an additional edge and operational efficiency.
This video describes the mixing process for the production of anti-static latex compounds with TUBALL™ LATEX H2O suspension (0.2% or 0.5% of TUBALL™ graphene nanotubes active content).

TUBALL™ LATEX is a ready-to-use conductive additive for latex gloves featuring dispersed TUBALL™ nanotubes.

The solutions and answers you will find in this video:
• How to produce ESD LATEX gloves that fully comply with the EN 16350:2014 standard
• The mixing process to produce anti-static latex compounds with TUBALL™ LATEX H2O suspension (0.2% or 0.5% content of TUBALL graphene nanotubes active)
• How to introduce a conductive agent in latex compounds
• Smooth anti-statics for touchscreen operations with your industrial gloves
• Anti-static agent for ESD-safe latexes with retained color and mechanical performance
• How to produce ESD-protective solutions for PPE — latex gloves, textile coatings, and other latex products with anti-static properties
