Uniform distribution of TUBALL™ MATRIX in the silicone plays a key role in enhancing the electrical conductivity of the final compound.
In order to obtain a high-quality TUBALL™ MATRIX dispersion, OCSiAl recommends that close attention be paid to the dilution procedure.
In this video, we show you how to prepare a conductive LSR/RTV using a 3-roll mill and only 5 wt.% of TUBALL™ MATRIX 613 beta and achieve a volume resistivity below 20 Ω.cm.
We recommend that close attention be paid to the processing procedure:
• speed and duration of mixing;
• dilution stages;
• resistivity measurement.
