Yoga for Neck Pain ❇️ Deep Neck Flexors Yoga with Celest Pereira

Hey everyone! Today we’re talking about neck pain! After all, which one of us hasn’t experienced neck pain to some degree? Have a look at and follow along with these amazing movements that help stretch and strengthen these areas.
➡️ This class is not only good for neck pain. There is a lot of evidence showing that sacroiliac pain can also benefit from the exercises I teach in this video.
If you haven't got pain but you struggle with a weak butt or your ribs flare open, then again, the NECK IS A SAVIOUR.

Remember, if you’re experiencing shakiness when doing any of these movements, don’t fret. This happens when your brain has not developed the neural pathways for these types of motions.
➡️ This can happen with motions that you seldomly do, which is exactly why it’s important to routinely practice them.
