SAS: Who Dares Wins Full-Body Zero-Equipment Workout | No Gym No Problem | Men’s Health UK

Locksmith, 1/4 of Rudimental and finalist in the TV show SAS: Who Dares Wins, gives us a taster of what all the recruits went through on a daily basis throughout the selection process.
Follow along and experience what it’s like to be beasted by the likes of Ant Middleton, Jason Fox, Mark ‘Billy’ Billingham and Ollie Ollerton. This full-body bodyweight workout will push you both mentally and physically. Just don’t give up your number.

The Workout:

Four rounds to do in total

One round (six exercises)

Each exercise will last 40 seconds. Rest for 20 seconds. Then go onto the next.

Rest for 90 seconds at the end of each round.
1. Squats into a jumping lunge
2. Press-up (work out to the beat)
3. Static squat
4. Jumping burpees
5. Leg raises
6. Mountain climbers
