Scissor vs Articulated lifts
If you need to work in high ceilings (higher than 14 feet), the scissor lift give you a great advantage. Moving a 20ft extension ladder can be exhausting for one person (if not, impractical in certain spaces).
In the U.S., these can be rented from United Rentals or Sun Belt for about $150/day. That may sound expensive, but the time it can save you versus using a ladder may make it well worth it. Not to mention the safety!
