BEGINNER SERIES - 20 minute Legs + Booty, No equipment Home HIIT Workout!

Not sure how to start your fitness routine? My beginner series is perfect for you! Todays workout is a a 20 minute no equipment Legs and Booty routine! One of my favourite ways to workout and get super sweaty in a short time!

Muscles used: Legs and Booty
Time: 20 minutes + warm up and cool down
Equipment: no equipment needed.

Workout: 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off, 3 rounds in total.

Time Stamps:
Warm up: 0:00 - 5:52
Round 1: 5:52 - 10:01
Round 2: 10:01 - 14:32
Round 3: 14:32 -19:02
Finisher: 19:02 - 20:21
Cool Down: 20:21 - 23:08

Warm up: 20 seconds on / 10 seconds off.
1) Squat to Stretch
2) Booty Kicks
3) Squat circles
4) Skipping

Workout: 30 seconds on / 10 seconds off.
1) Squat Jacks
2) Curtsey Lunge
3) Single Leg Deadlift
4) Leg Raise
5) Plyo lunge
6) Sumo Jumps
X 3 rounds.

Finisher: Squat and 4 pulses.
