Mac N Cheeze
-1 can corn
-1 bag pasta (any)
-1 bag frozen broccoli and cauliflower
*I added 2-3 tbl nutritional yeast + 2 tbl better than bouillon onion but you can take those out of the sauce if you don't have them as pantry staples
**Sauce: Mix drained corn, 1 1/2 cups water, seasonings and the cauliflower from your frozen mix to your high speed blender or food processor. Mix until smooth
*Cook pasta, add frozen broccoli after the pasta has cooked for about 3 minutes. Cook the two combined for about 5 minutes, drain off than add sauce. Bring back to a simmer and finish cooking pasta and broccoli. This will thicken your sauce

Potato Lasagna
-Baked potatoes (about 5)
-1 can tomato paste
-1 green pepper
-1 can corn
-1/2 onion
-1 cup cooked lentils
*Seasonings of choice
*I layered my items, baked at 350 for about 15 minutes

Spinach Oatmeal Pancakes
**1/3 of the recipe::
-2 cups oats
-1 cup water
-2 large handfuls of spinach
-1 tsp baking soda
-1 tsp baking powder
-1 tsp vanilla
-1 tbl AVC
*Blend well in either a high speed blender or a food processor. The batter is really thick you can thin it if you'd like, I personally love a very thick pancake
*Blueberry sauce
-10 oz bag blueberries
-1/4 cup maple syrup
-1 tbl cornstarch
*Bring to a simmer and serve

Veggie Lasagna
-lasagna noodles
-1 lb zucchini
-1 lb mushrooms
-1 can tomato sauce
-1 green pepper
*I added my mushrooms, green pepper and tomato sauce to a pot and brought to a simmer
*Layered all of my ingredients, but after it baked per the noodle box instructions I did add an additional can of pasta sauce
