32 minutes of High Intensity and HIIT and some medium intensity songs dance workout to Marathi Songs. Can be used for weight loss and fitness. Warmup and Cool-down included. 15 seconds break between songs

Q. How much weight can I lose with this workout?
I don't like giving exact numbers because everyone is different and you don't want to set wrong expectations but this workout is designed to help you lose 2-6kg (in extreme cases) in 1 month (depending on your BMI). You can also use these workouts to have fun and maintain your weight. Weighing scale is not going to be the only factor because you will see positive changes in your body. Q: How many calories will I burn?
You will burn 200-450 calories. The calories burned depend on many factors so to get the most accurate count for yourself, I suggest using a fitness tracker.

Q. Will I really lose weight with this workout?
The short answer is yes. The workout is designed to burn fat and calories while having fun. But you must also follow a balanced nutritious diet. A healthy home cooked meal with portion control will usually do the trick. I always say that the weighing scale is not the only indicator of good health so develop good eating and workout habits for sustained good health.

Q. You have so many workouts on your channel. Which other ones can I do?
