Cycling Nutrition | How to Make HIGH CARB Energy Bars

Join me in the kitchen as I walk you through the process of making the top secret MCS energy bars.

Warning – May contain traces of AWESOMENESS

Ingredients List:
Dry Ingredients -
1. 250g rolled oats
2. 2 serves of protein powder (whey or plant based)
3. 100g butter (or 3-4 tablespoons of veg oil)
4. 80g desiccated coconut
5. 150g almond meal
6. 200g of peanuts
Dried Fruits -
1. 250g dates
2. 250g dried apricots
3. 250g sultanas
Sugars -
1. Cup of sugar
2. 250g of jam
3. 100g honey

These bars make Clif Bars look like a bad joke.
