McKinsey Careers: Exclusive Interview with Director Emeritus Nancy Killefer
In her 31-year McKinsey career, Nancy held nearly every leadership role imaginable. She founded our Public Sector Practice, managed the Washington, D.C. office, became the first woman on the Shareholders Council, led the firm’s learning and recruiting efforts, and forged close counseling relationships with clients that spanned decades. What stands out most about Nancy to many who know her is her dedication to helping people find their own paths to success.
