Coyote Backstraps - It’s What’s For Dinner! 😮 😳 😱 Ever Wonder What a Coyote Tastes Like? Watch!

We cut the backstraps out of a fresh caught coyote and cooked them up in a crock pot Mississippi Mud Roast style. We did this for two reasons:

1. We realize we were trying to flavor a turd.

2. Carnivores are known for carrying parasites so we wanted to make sure the meat was well done to kill anything that might have been in it.
