AGERO ROADSIDE SUCKS

Many insurance companies use a third party to do their road side emergency tows . Agero is one of these providers .
This morning at 1:03 AM Agero called me for a price to tow a van off Long Beach approach . They were going to talk with a supervisor
They called again at 3:08 AM for the same tow I provided them with same price again they were going to talk to a supervisor .
Got called again at 3:54 AM same stuck car raised my price as they had kept me up all night now . Dispatcher was going to talk to supervisor .
Got another call from Agero at 4:02 AM wanting to conference in the owner of the van so they could give me a credit card for tow . I told Agero to give owner of the van my # and I would talk to her .
Owner of the van called and advised me her car had been in the surf for over 2 hours .
Got on sight found the owner her two girls were 200 feet from van up by a log with all their personal belongings out of the car .
At no time did Agero advise of car in surf nor that there were children involved .
