TOYOTA IN THE SOUP

Ocean Park slough claimed its first victim this morning . Young man was going to park next to the sand berm to let his dog run . County had the slough dug out several days ago but with the high tides the dig out filled up with loose sand . The liquefied sand makes a perfect sand trap .
I wonder if the County is going to want a commission from me .
