Bad timing for the driver of the Kia . The owner of the garbage can heard a noise outside his house . For the past month a bear has been dumping his garbage all over the yard . He saw the bear trying to tip over the dumpster so he yelled at it . The bear took off across the State Highway right into the path of the Kia .
