Powerful winter storm blankets Midwest US with snow
Winter weather whipped through parts of the Midwestern United States, including in Colorado and Wyoming, after a powerful storm on Sunday to Monday.
The storm dumped more than a foot of snow in parts of Colorado and more than two feet of snow in parts of Wyoming.
The National Weather Service said the winter storm left more than 27 inches of snow at Denver International Airport, making it the fourth-biggest snowstorm in Denver since 1881.
