On February 10th 2020, I started my fat loss journey.
Training was going super well, my diet was on point and I was seeing results I was happy with.
I've experienced a lot of hate throughout my training journey and I used this negativity to fuel me to become the best version of myself.
In March, lockdown hit. Most of the nation started to enjoy the lovely weather, drinking in the garden and treating it as a holiday and as 'wasted' time. I used this extra time to train like a professional athlete. I took it to the next level.
I started off with just a few weights in my garage and going a walk once or twice a day.
As it became more serious and obvious that lockdown wasn't ending anytime soon, I started to invest into a home gym.
There was nothing else to do but train.
I would wake up and do circuit training fasted for 45-50 minutes.
Then go out for a 2.5-3 mile walk.
After this I would eat and then start my weights session. I trained a Push, Pull, Legs split.
Every night I would do some form of extra cardio whether that be boxing sparring, skipping, or even a simple walk.
