This is a perfect Sunday roast dinner recipe, serve with roast potatoes and vegetables.

TIPS FOR THIS RECIPE

Having a base of onions is important to stop the brisket catching on the bottom of the slow cooker, as there isn't a lot of liquid in this recipe this is important.

You can use Dijon mustard or English for this recipe, but it will mean that you'll have a less thicker gravy.

We purposely don't add salt and pepper to the list of ingredients because everyone's tastes are different, and you should add salt and pepper to your own preference. We added a pinch of salt and pepper to this recipe.
