The Meat Just Fell Apart On This Slow Cooker Moroccan Lamb

Lamb is one of our favourite meats to cook in the slow cooker and when someone suggested that we do slow cooker Moroccan Lamb, we said great idea. This Moroccan lamb came out much better than we expected, we debated if we should add flour and decided not to, luckily the sauce turned out to be a beautiful and aromatic and the lambs simply flaked as soon as we touched it.

Keeping with tradition we served this with cous cous, flavoured with cumin and Garam Masala and minted yogurt.

Serves 3-4

600g Diced Stewing Lamb
2 Onions
1 Handful of Fresh Mint
2 Cinnamon Sticks
2 Tablespoon Cumin Seeds
2 Tablespoon Paprika
1 Chicken or Lamb Stock Pot
1 Teaspoon of Garlic Puree
1 Can of Chopped Tomatoes
