These Slow Cooker Curried Sausages were delicious, a beautiful spicy sauce and amazingly soft sausages and potato.

TIPS FOR THIS RECIPE

We didn't brown the sausages before we added them to the slow cooker, but if you prefer a crispier skin, fry them in a pan for 2-3 minutes and add them to the slow cooker.

We purposely don't add salt and pepper to the list of ingredients because everyone's tastes are different, and you should add salt and pepper to your own taste. We added a pinch of salt and pepper to this recipe.

6-8 Pork/Beef Sausages (we used Cumberland)
2 Onions
1 Potato
400ml Chopped Tomatoes
Bunch of Coriander
1 Tablespoon of Cumin
1 Tablespoon of Paprika
2 Tablespoon of Curry Powder
1 Tablespoon of Tomato Puree
1 Teaspoon of Ginger Puree
1 Teaspoon of Garlic Puree
1 Chicken Stock Pot
