250gms unsalted butter
4 cups / 600gms flour
1tsp salt
1pc egg
260ml cold water

Pork filling
1 kl minced pork
1pc medium brown onion
2 cloves garlic
400gms potatoes
200gms mixed corn, carrot and green peas
4Tbsp tomato paste
4Tbsp soy sauce
4Tbsp oyster sauce

1 pc chicken buillon cube
4Tbsp oil
Salt and pepper
