ONE LEG SQUATS AND GLUTES WORKOUT USING A BENCH AND WEIGHTS AT HOME

If you are someone like me who don't have time to go to the gym because of work schedule, or if you are a working mom, a mom and it could be any reason that you just don't have time to do exercise and work out; Good news you can workout at the comfort of your home.

You can buy few things that are affordable and setup a small gym in your extra bedroom , garage, office or at any extra space you have.

We need to make time to do 10 to 15 mins of exercise/workout a day!

In this video I will show you how to do a ONE LEG SQUATS using bar weights. I'm not a professional fitness coach but I have results and I want you to have results as well .

Overtime, keep adding weights every week!
