DEADLIFTS WORKOUT USING BAR WEIGHTS AT THE COMFORT OF YOUR HOME

If you are someone like me who don't have time to go to the gym because of work schedule, or if you are a working mom, a mom and it could be any reason that you just don't have time to do exercise and work out; Good news you can workout at the comfort of your home.

You can buy few things that are affordable and setup a small gym in your extra bedroom , garage, office or at any extra space you have.

We need to make time to do 10 to 15 mins of exercise/workout a day!
DEADLIFTS ( 3 set of 10 )

In this video I will show you how to do DEADLIFTS using bar weights. I'm not a professional fitness coach but I have results and I want you to have results as well .

Use just the bar or add weights to it. Overtime, keep adding weights every week!
