芋头 150g、干莲子 50公克、蘑菇 15g、冬菜 10g、玉米粉 1汤匙、盐 ½茶匙、糖 1茶匙、胡椒粉 ¼茶匙、清水 ½杯、素蚝油 1茶匙、黑酱油 1茶匙、芝麻油 1小匙
