Happy Valentine's Day everyone!!! Today I made a quick and easy last minute dessert that your loved ones will go crazy for. I saw these floating on Pinterest and I had to try them! The best part about these red velvet cheesecake brownies is that they're super easy to make since they don't require a stand mixer. You can pretty much do this all by hand. Ingredients: Brownies
1 stick of butter
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 ½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup cocoa powder
⅛ tsp salt
2 tbs red food coloring
½ tsp white vinegar
¾ cup flour

Ingredients: Cream cheese
8oz cream cheese
1 tsp Vanilla extract
¼ cup Sugar
1 egg
