Today we're making Arepitas de Yuca con Queso which are also sometimes called Chulitos given their shape. These yuca fritters are the perfect finger food and appetizer!

1 tsp Sugar
1 ½ tsp Anise Seeds
1 ½ tsp Salt or to Taste
