The title of this post is so long that it’s a bit of a tongue twister. But it’s all good. The taste of the belimbing adds a surprising dimension to the dish.

I had assumed that it would be sourish but after stir frying it, the sour tastes gave way to sweetness. I can’t explain it but it actually tastes great. Full of umami flavour. And no MSG too.
