Tone Your Upper Body !

The Workout: Supersets!

How supersets work: do the first x amount of reps of the first exercise then immediately do x amount of reps of the second exercise and repeat that 3 times!

Dumbbell Bicep Curls & Hammer Curls | 10 x 3
Dumbbell Tricep Kickbacks & Tricep Dips | 10 x 3
Lateral & Front Raises | 10 x 3
Push-up & Row | 8 x 3 (sorry for the typo!)
Rows | 10 x 3

Don't forget to stretch!
