Single Legged Deadlifts | 12 (each leg) x 3 | 22.5 Lbs
Sumo Squat & Burpee | 12 x 3 | 22.5 Lbs
Bulgarian Split Squat | 12 (each leg) x 3 | 22.5 Lbs
Hip Thrusts | 20 x 3
