It’s another beautiful day and today im going to share with you my favorite protein overnight oats, I always get asked how can you eat all this delicious foods yet still not gain weight, I believed in portion control and you can enjoy everything you want yet with moderation! Ingredients: per cup
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 scoop of your protein powder
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1/2-1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp coconut flakes
1 tsp almond slices
1 tsp choc chips
1 tbsp granola
2 fresh strawberries and 1/2 banana
1 serving of love💕
