Careful when frying the tortillas! Make sure the tortilla has soften before pressing down otherwise the tortilla is going to break

PRO TIP!!!!
If you don’t have 2 large spoons use one, add tortilla to oil and just press it down or just enjoy it flat!

Ingredients:
Corn tortillas
Oil for frying
4 medium size potatoes;cubed
Salt black pepper
Garlic salt
Chorizo of choice, I used sausage chorizo because that’s all I had in hand
1 roma tomato;chopped
1 jalapeño or Serrano pepper;chopped
1/4 onion; chopped
Eggs
Serve with:
Refried beans
Pico de gallo
Queso fresco
