How To Meditate To Improve Your Love Life

Let's talk about how to meditate to improve your love life. I'm excited about this video because I hope it shines a light on a new way to understand your intimate life, yourself, and your partner. It's my hope that the practice of being more self-aware can greatly improve your love life. Whether it's achieving deeper levels of female orgasms, lasting longer during intercourse, overcoming self doubt and performance anxiety, or just creating a deeper bond with your partner, I believe meditation can help you achieve all of the above.

I'm passionate about mediation now that I've practiced for a while and understand where it can take you. I'll admit at first I was extremely hesitant to try it. Sometimes our ego needs to know how it will benefit before it makes the time. So I want to point out some of the benefits.

I think any meditation teacher would tell you that you shouldn't meditate with any specific goal in mind, however in this video I want to point out some potential benefits to meditation as I believe that can be the very reason that keeps us in the practice in the first place.

It seems like meditation gives you a zoomed out perspective that transcends into all areas of your life. Like a little microdose of a vacation, you come out with that bigger picture perspective. Yet, it's the mental muscle you build that goes even farther in improving your love life.

Maybe you're a woman who wants to become more present to have better or more frequent orgasms. Well, meditation can help build that muscle of pulling yourself into the present.

Perhaps you're a man who wants to help your woman have more intense or frequent orgasms. Practicing meditation helps give you the perspective to navigate her mind away from the "chatter" and into the present. The empathy you build, and the ability to be in the present yourself will cause her to be pulled into the present and let herself go for you in a way she's never been able to do before.

Or let's say you're a guy who wants to last longer during sex. Meditation can help you become aware of the bigger picture and that allows you to understand how to turn down the "volume" on your own arousal in a way that gives you full control in the bedroom.

When we talk about how to meditate to improve your love life, at the end of the day we're talking about having a more amazing and deeper connection to your partner. And also yourself, which is so important.

When you're first learning how to meditate I recommend using an app such as Headspace, Calm, or Waking Up. Start with just 10-20 minutes per day for the next 30 days and notice the difference you feel. It might be frustrating at first, but stick with it and I promise you will be glad that you did.
