Finding The Source Of Performance Anxiety

Hey guys, Jason Julius here and I want to help you get to the source of your performance anxiety. You deserve to be your best self in the bedroom, and everywhere else. Sometimes we create negative associations that cause sexual performance anxiety.

In this video I want to help empower you by showing you that overcoming performance anxiety stems from understanding yourself. If you want help with overcoming performance anxiety then realize that it's about understanding your mind, your marriage or relationship, plus the associations in your mind, and what triggers your anxiety.

No matter where you are in your relationship, you might feel the overwhelm of wanting to perform. You're not alone. There are many factors that might cause performance anxiety and this video intends to get to the source of that performance anxiety.

Often times our mind gets in the way and sabotages us right when we don't want it to. During those moments we can resist it, which only increases our fight or flight reaction and makes things worse. Or we can recognize that this is just a part of our mind that is triggered to keep us safe. When you realize it's just a part of you that is causing the performance anxiety, you can learn to disassociate and love that part of yourself.

It might sound strange to love the part of you that is causing your performance anxiety. Yet, that is actually the key to not letting that part of your mind have any power over you. One way of discovering that part of yourself and separating from it is to sing in your car and make a point to look at the person next to you. It might sound silly, but that part of you that wants to make you stop is the very part of your mind that is causing your performance anxiety.

Recognizing that part of your mind and loving it can help you persevere in all areas of your life. Whether you're having performance anxiety before a speech, or you're just feeling nervous before doing karaoke, this will help you escape the trap of performance anxiety. Perhaps you have performance anxiety with a new partner, or your performance anxiety caused you to have ED. Getting to the source of your mind will help with overcoming performance anxiety for good.
