Boost Your Immunity with This Secret Tuscan Soup Recipe!

With the cold weather still around it is important we keep our immunity level up! This Tuscan Soup, minestrone, is full of amazing nutrients, vitamins and mineral that will for sure help you keep in the best shape possible.

The essence of this soup is to use fresh seasonal vegetables and top it up with your favourite short pasta. I used orzo this time but dadini and stelline are also great options.

Make sure you don't overcook your vegetable as you want to retain some texture and drink all that lovely soup at the end! Buon Appetito!

4 Tomatoes
3 Slices of Celeriac
